Shining Tree, founded in 1998, is a servicing company in Rochester, New York. We  handle billing, customer service and account receivables. Our staff prides itself on personal service in providing you with up to date account information.

For your convenience we have added an online payment service at absolutely no cost to you. This service makes it easy to submit payments securely online from your checking or savings account. No debit card or credit card transactions.

Make an Online Payment at anytime. Payments made prior to 2 p.m. EST on any business day will post to your account on the same business day. Payments made after 2 p.m. EST will post to your account on the next business day.

For your convenience, activate the Recurring Online Payments feature. This feature helps protect your good credit rating and avoid late charges by automatically deducting the amount you specify weekly or monthly. You can have peace of mind knowing that your bill is paid on time each month.
