How long after I make a payment online will that payment be posted to my account?
Payments made prior to 4 p.m. EST on any business day will post to your account on the same business day. Payments made after 4 p.m. EST or during our non business hours will post to your account on the next business day.
How much does the Online Payment service cost?
This is a free service to you.
Do I need to contact your office if I change banks, close my checking account or my checking account number changes?
Yes, you will need to contact our office and notify us of any changes. We will re-activate this service for you with the new information.
How do I contact your Customer Service Department?
Our home page provides our Customer Service page for telephone numbers, address and office hours.
Will I be charged for payments returned for insufficient funds or a closed account?
Any payments that are returned for insufficient funds or a closed account will be subject to established charges for a returned check.
If I pay the balance on my statement, will that payoff my account?
No, the balance on your monthly statement reflects principal due only. In order to obtain an accurate payoff figure you must call our office. We will provide you with the payoff amount due based on the approximate date you intend to payoff.
If I pay more than my minimum payment due, will the difference be applied to my principal balance?
All interest accrued and any fees due will be paid first. The remainder will be applied to principal.
After I payoff my account will I receive a statement showing the account is paid in full?
Yes, 30 days after receipt of the payoff a paid in full statement will be sent to you.
